Ties for the best gym at Virginai Beach. 30k square feet of space, filled to the brim with equipment. Being a mega gym like this does attract some “influencers” who can at times be rude and lack common gym etiquette. That’s a rare occurrence but the place is big enough you can just go to to another area and be left alone.
This is a real gym where you can accomplish goals. The equipment may have a little age to them, but that what makes them truly special because they do the job. If you want to change for the best, I would recommend trying this place out.
